Love it or send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your sculpture. If it arrives damaged, we replace it free.
If your sculpture arrives damaged or defective, we replace it or refund it in full, at no cost to you. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will take care of it.
Changed your mind, or picked the wrong breed or size? Return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Every piece is made to order, so an exchange is often the quickest fix and we are happy to do it.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Since sculptures are made to order, we can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at orders@lineartbycharles.com.
Orders placed through our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's return and refund policies. Please contact us through Etsy's messaging system for Etsy order issues.
