Our Guarantee

We want you to love your sculpture. Every piece is handcrafted to order with care and inspected before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sculpture arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Returns

Because each sculpture is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out. We want to make it right.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email orders@lineartbycharles.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Cancellations

Since sculptures are made to order, we can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at orders@lineartbycharles.com.

Etsy Orders

Orders placed through our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's return and refund policies. Please contact us through Etsy's messaging system for Etsy order issues.
