All orders ship free within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage.
Every sculpture is made to order. Production takes 3-5 business days after your order is placed. We take care to ensure each piece meets our quality standards before shipping.
After production, shipping via USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location.
From order to delivery, expect 8-13 business days total. We'll send you a tracking number via email once your order ships.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number when your sculpture is on its way.
Occasionally, USPS may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at orders@lineartbycharles.com.
